I'm not a life coach. I can't fix your marriage or your golf swing (sadly), and I won't be suggesting Yoga or an Indian mountain retreat.
I'm an executive coach and mainly work B2B, though I'm yet to deliver a coaching session that hasn't involved life.

Delete Instagram / TikTok / insert your social media poison. Trust me, you'll feel better.

Stop spending time with people that make you feel bad. You are the sum of the company you (choose to) keep.

Get out in nature more. Walk. Play golf. Run. Whatever you enjoy. Just make sure it's outdoors. It's free and it's priceless.

Do 10 minutes of exercise per day. It might be a small walk, or simply stretching. Whatever it is. Just do it.

Volunteer. Give your time to someone who needs it. It takes effort. But I promise it'll be worth it. It's also something I do, which you can check out here.
